Searchlize lets you control when emails are sent to ensure optimal deliverability.
Send days
Choose the days of the week when emails can be sent. We recommend:
- Business days (Monday–Friday)
- Avoid Monday mornings (inboxes are overloaded)
- Tuesday–Thursday are the best days for cold emails
Send hours
Set a time window, e.g. 8:00–17:00. Emails outside this window will be sent the next day in the first available slot.
Daily limits
A daily limit protects your domain reputation:
- We recommend 20–50 emails per day on a new domain
- You can gradually increase the limit (warmup)
- The limit applies to all campaigns combined
Mailbox limit
Each connected mailbox has its own sending limit (imposed by the provider, e.g. Gmail: 500/day). Searchlize automatically respects these limits.
Tip: Start with a low limit (20–30 emails per day) and increase it gradually as your deliverability improves.
